Challenge yourself to complete minimum 100 squats using a variation of squats to firm and tone thighs, lower back, hips, glutes and more while torching calories!

5:15pm-6:15pm Muscle Monday's - Lower Body (Lunge Challenge)
Challenge yourself to complete a minimum 100 lunges using a variation of lunges to hyperfocus on lifting the butt while firming and strengthening thighs, hamstrings, hips and calves while torching calories!
