UrFitnessTrainer Studio offers an affordable, safe, comfortable, and convenient location. This is a great opportunity to keep most of your earnings in your pocket while offering your client(s) a true private setting you both will enjoy.
-Floor size: 512 Sq Ft Ceiling Height: 9ft Flooring: Rubber & Hard wood
-max. # of people: Six (includes trainer/instructor)
-Amenities: Bathroom, A/C, Heating, lots of natural sunlight, free convient parking, PA system and street level entrance.
-Equipment: Pullup rack, squat rack, chest press, free weights, portable rubber flooring, hardwood floors, medicine balls, suspension straps, mats, stability balls, Bosu ball, ab wheels, jump ropes, utility bench with attachments (leg extension, hamstring curls and preacher curl) and resistance bands, etc...
Train Your Client Here 1:1 - $15/hr
10 Hour package minimum required (must be used within 30 days)
Training more than one client under this rental agreement is prohibited
$150/Total due at time of contract signing
Have your Yoga, Zumba, HIIT, Mat Pilates, etc... Class Here - $25/hr
6 Hour package minimum required (must be used within 30 days)
Training more than five clients is prohibited
$150/Total due at time of contract signing.
PAY-AS-NEEDED - 1 HOUR ONLY
$40/hr Personal training up to two clients.
$50/hr group training up to five clients max.
$200/Deposit required. Deposit is returned.
Note: 72 hour minimum notice required
Full payment due at agreement signing 24-48 hrs before reserved day*
