What to expect?
Free 30 minute consultation – Gathering of general information, medical history and fitness goals
1St Training Session – To include the following assessments: physiological measurement, body composition, cardiorespiratory, posture, movement and performance. The assessment is to determine your fitness baseline and design a fitness program accordingly.
2nd Training Session – Discuss assessment and recommended exercise program followed by an actual workout
All session thereafter will focus on exercise program, proper form, how to use variety of modalities (got to keep it fun!) and most importantly to prevent injury. There will bi-weekly weigh-ins and a final assessment.
